The Opportunity
Printfly Corporation is seeking an experienced General Counsel to serve as our top legal advisor and a key member of our executive leadership team. You'll be responsible for overseeing all legal matters across the business—from contracts and compliance to IP and privacy—while supporting high-impact strategic initiatives in eCommerce, manufacturing, marketing, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the CEO and executive team on all legal and regulatory matters.
- Oversee and manage corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and litigation.
- Lead legal support for eCommerce operations, including customer agreements, marketing compliance, IP protection, and data privacy (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts with vendors, partners, and enterprise clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations affecting manufacturing, retail, and online sales.
- Manage outside counsel and evaluate legal risk across business lines.
- Build and lead a lean, high-impact in-house legal function as the business scales.
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in the U.S.
- 10+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in-house (ideally in eCommerce, manufacturing, or technology-driven companies).
- Deep understanding of intellectual property, commercial contracts, employment law, and digital compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to align legal strategy with business goals and operate as a collaborative, solutions-oriented partner.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with fast-moving teams.
