Responsibilities: • Assess the patient's overall dental health and look for the presence of dental diseases by thoroughly examining the patient’s teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments • Diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems, including cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, and restoration • Ensure all work is compliant with infection and infectious diseases control standards, office policies and procedures, and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines • Perform work that is in compliance with infection and infectious diseases control standards; office policies and procedures; and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines • Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated • Examine the patients’ teeth thoroughly using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments to spot signs of dental diseases and determine the overall state of dental health • Determine and diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems, including root canals, surgical extractions, cleanings, and restoration • Issue referral for the client to dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate Qualifications: • A minimum of two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Dentistry • Unrestricted and current state license in good standing • DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school, and a Bachelor’s degree are required Compensation: $300,000 - $350,000 yearly
