Dental Kidds is looking to add a General Dentist to step into our St. Croix and New Richmond, Wisconsin practices. We have 4 clinics located in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin, and provide the highest dental care to our young adult patients while creating a supportive work environment. Responsibilities: • Review all patient charts and health history prior to providing any treatment • Observe, evaluate, and apply knowledge of dental skills to the patients • Work cooperatively with the dental team, providing care in that setting, including supervising a full dental team • Accurately record all procedures and pertinent information in the patient records • Provide individualized care to each patient • Assist in managing support personnel. • Supervise dental assistants, dental hygienists, associate dentists, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans • Show patients how to use recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as retainers and dentures, and educate them on the importance of good oral hygiene • Issue referral for the client to dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate • Assess the patients’ overall dental health and look for the presence of dental diseases by thoroughly examining the patients’ teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments • Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated Qualifications: • Qualified candidates will have completed an accredited pediatric dental program and have a specialty pediatric dental license in the state of Minnesota or Wisconsin • Current and unrestricted state license in good standing • A minimum of two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Dentistry • Requires CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications • Possess strong bedside manner and great communication skills Compensation: $200,000 - $450,000
