Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed Salary: $350,000 annually (full-time)
- Per Diem: $1,000/day
- Production-Based: 45% of gross profit
- Average Daily Production: ~$9,000
- Incentives: Mileage and hotel reimbursement

Your Role
- Perform 100% Endodontic procedures (no general dentistry)
- Diagnose and treat diseases of dental pulp and periapical tissues
- Provide high-quality patient care aligned with top dental ethics
- Maintain professional affiliations and local community presence
Qualification
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completed ADA-accredited Endodontic residency, or
- General Dentist with advanced Endo training and 100% Endo experience
- Skilled in molar Endo, Endo retreatment, and microscope use
- US Citizenship required (foreign-trained Endodontists welcome)
