We are seeking a skilled General Dentist or Prosthodontist to join our highly productive quality-oriented cosmetic, restorative & implant practice in Palm Beach Gardens for a long-term associateship position. Our Practice has an exceptional reputation in the community allowing a skilled dentist to immediately be productive.
Modern 7 OP facility with state-of-the-art equipment including 3D CT scan, digital scanners, lasers, electric handpieces + flat screen monitors in all ops for treatment discussions with patients. The clinical & administrative teams are highly trained & experienced in presenting and delivering high quality dentistry with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment acceptance. This practice has a strong focus on efficient systems ensuring consistent team coordination.
Opportunity for mentorship & growth in cosmetics, implant surgery & full mouth reconstruction from a highly credentialed doctor who is reducing his schedule.
80% FFS, 20% selective PPO’s. NO HMO’s.

Must have minimum of 5 years of quality clinical experience with strong skills in crown & bridge, cosmetics, endodontics & possibly would like to increase skills placing implants or sedation.

Our practice sees many affluent patients seeking high quality comprehensive dentistry & readily accept comprehensive treatment when properly explained & presented.
*Compensation based on monthly production. Qualified doctor should earn approximately $150,000 - $200K on 2 days/wk the 1st year. Schedule should grow to full time in approximately 1 year if desired.
*Daily minimum guarantee, however qualified doctor should easily surpass the minimum the very 1st month.
