What You Will Do
Primary Focus: Serve as the dedicated General Dentist at the Hilbert location, performing a range of general and restorative procedures.
Skill Expansion: Utilize and grow your skills in clear aligners (Invisalign) and basic restorative work.
Specialty Opportunity (Ideal): If you possess or are eager to perform endodontics, implants, and advanced aligner work, you will have the opportunity to split time a few days per month at the Appleton location, handling internal referrals for these specialized procedures.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $130,000 to $170,000, based on experience.
Exceptional Earning Potential: Unlimited cap on production-based incentives.
Average Doctor Earnings: $220,000 – $260,000.
Top Performer Earnings: $385,000 – $415,000.
