    General Dentist Opportunity – Established Private Practice in Newport Beach Seeking a long-term general dental practitioner to join our team, 25-32 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are scheduled. The average length of employment in our practice per team member is 15 years. The perfect prospect is someone with great communication skills, the ability to connect and bond with our dental family, and someone with high-level clinical abilities. We are a paperless dental clinic with digital imaging, digital X-rays, and cloud-based software. Above-average customer support and verbal skills are a must! Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and a wide range of general procedures (restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic services). • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care to support long-term dental wellness. • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including clinical notes, treatment plans, and follow-ups. • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience. • Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements while maintaining a safe and professional environment. Qualifications: Requirements:Must be licensed as a general dentist from a school accredited by the American Dental Association and licensed in California. • At a minimum, at least two years of experience as a licensed, practicing dentist. • Ability to work 25-32 hours per week. • Long-term commitment to our practice. • Strong ability to communicate and connect with patients. • Quality clinical skills with the ability to effectively manage the flow of a busy practice and multiple chairs.
