Compensation - 33% of collections (labs are split 50/50) Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and a wide range of general procedures (restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic services). • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care to support long-term dental wellness. • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including clinical notes, treatment plans, and follow-ups. • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience. • Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements while maintaining a safe and professional environment. Qualifications: Requirements:Must be licensed as a general dentist from a school accredited by the American Dental Association and licensed in California. • At a minimum, at least two years of experience as a licensed, practicing dentist. • Ability to work 25-32 hours per week. • Long-term commitment to our practice. • Strong ability to communicate and connect with patients. • Quality clinical skills with the ability to effectively manage the flow of a busy practice and multiple chairs.
