    Providence Staffing has a client looking for a General Dentist to join their practice in Mobile, AL area. This position offers excellent income potential in an established, modern private practice with opportunities available across all locations.

    This position is with a private, 4-location group practice owned by the dentists working there (not a DSO). They offer traditional dentistry for adults and children, along with some advanced procedures, including implant placement at two of their locations. Due to continued growth and an associate transitioning to practice ownership, the group has multiple associate openings across their locations, with the ability to step into established patient schedules. The office is modern, including a digital scanner. The associate will have access to a CBCT and implant system at their Semmes and Daphne locations when needed. Staff includes dedicated hygienists and 2 assistants per dentist.

    Patient base- This is a family practice that sees all ages. There is a 40/60 split between adults and children. Most adults are PPO patients, while 90% of the children are on Medicaid (~50% of the total office patients are Medicaid patients). They average 150-200 new patients per month in this location.

    Hours at each location\- Monday-Thursday 8-5, Fridays 8-2. The Daphne office is closed on Fridays. Associates can work 4 or 5 days per week.

    Pay: Their associates typically make $250,000 if early career or $350+ if established. They pay 36% of collections minus 36% of the lab bill. The office collection rate is typically 95-97%. They will negotiate an initial daily rate for the first 90 days.

    Benefits include access to a group health insurance plan, 401K (with 4% match) after 6 months, paid license fees, paid DEA, and $2,000 annual CE reimbursement.

    Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 based on experience.

    Mentoring is available. The partners are highly trained and offer advanced procedures, including implants. They are happy to coach a dentist who is interested in expanding their experience.

     

    Partnership is a possibility after 1-2 years as a successful associate who is a great match.

    Associate criteria: Any experience level. People skills and goal alignment are more important. They will look for someone who has good communication skills, treats staff and patients well, and is comfortable working at a fast pace.
