Job Overview: This executive-level position functions similarly to a COO and Controller. You will collaborate with the Owner to oversee strategy, planning, staff performance, end-to-end operations, HR, and financial management. You will lead a talented team, ensuring workflows are efficient, projects are delivered on time, and KPIs are consistently met. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Lead the execution of the firm’s strategic goals and business plan • Manage all non-attorney personnel and daily firm operations • Manage HR, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations • Monitor budgets, financial reports, and profitability metrics • Ensure adherence to policies, compliance protocols, and risk controls • Improve systems for case management, billing, intake, marketing, and more • Deliver progress reports, KPI tracking, and executive updates to the Owner Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Revenue and Business Growth based on Business Plan • Profit Goals based on Business Plan • Organizational culture and performance management. • 90%+ of project-based deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications: Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a professional services environment • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Proven managerial, HR, and project management experience • Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning expertise • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Available to travel to Austin, TX. Compensation: $85,000 annually USD
