Demonstrated ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Familiarity with patient centered care and working in active healthcare environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; experience with Revit and VISTA beneficial.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for nonengineering stakeholders.
Ability to work across office settings, construction sites, and active healthcare facilities.

Hourly pay: you are paid only for hours worked.
No paid holidays (holiday pay is not reimbursed by the government for this role).
No paid time off (PTO) is included.
Overtime is not permitted unless pre-approved by both the client and the VA.
