Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to perform a variety of small repairs, maintenance tasks, and property inspections while providing professional estimates for clients. This role involves traveling to residential or commercial properties, assessing job requirements, and completing work efficiently with high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general handyman repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, fixture installations, etc.).

Conduct property inspections and provide detailed written/verbal estimates for labor and materials.

Communicate clearly with clients about project scope, timelines, and pricing.

Source materials and adhere to budgets outlined in estimates.

Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of jobs completed, materials used, and time spent.

Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of multiple trade areas (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

Ability to assess repair needs and create accurate estimates.

Own basic tools and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and clean background check (if required).

Preferred (Optional):

Certification in a trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical) or contractor’s license (where applicable).

Experience with estimating software or invoicing tools.

Compensation:
