Job Title: General Helper – Facilities Repair & Maintenance

Schedule: Full-time; weekends on demand

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable General Helper to support facilities repair and maintenance operations at our customers' facilities. Bilingualism is mandatory (English-Spanish). This role assists the maintenance team with day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and general facility support tasks. A great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and structures Perform general maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, minor repairs, basic carpentry/plumbing/Drywall assistance) Move, lift, and organize materials, tools, and supplies Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Respond to maintenance requests as assigned Operate hand and power tools safely Drive between sites or run supply errands as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to work weekends on demand Willingness to learn is a must Basic knowledge of hand tools, Forklift, and power tools a plus
