Operate various hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
Meet daily production goals and maintains established productivity rates.
Read and follow standard work instructions and documentation.
Use measuring tools such as rulers, gauges, calipers, and templates to verify work.
Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and customer specifications.
Communicate quality, part supply, and safety concerns to supervisory staff.
Complete assigned work and related documentation as directed by supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation.
Physically capable of lifting 50lbs regularly and standing/bending throughout the shift.
Requires at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably with metal or wood, and the ability to follow instructions and perform basic math.
