Flowly Solutions is hiring for a reliable, hardworking employee to join our logistics team. This position offers full time work with potential overtime options. We do not require any prior experience to be considered and are able to train the right team member. This job is very fast paced and will require you to stand for the entire work day. You must be willing to complete tasks in a fast paced, industrial work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping to set up and load industrial production equipment
• Loading materials in to the machine and staging them for each order
• Correctly pulling and gathering items to complete customer orders
• Using a scanner to locate the items throughout the warehouse
• Manually checking your orders to avoid errors
• Remaining safety focused at all times and following all safety procedures
• Ensuring all items are ready for customer pickup
• Working in other departments if it is required
• Taking on additional responsibilities and growing within the position

Qualifications:

• The ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as heavy as 50 pounds
• Having a strong attention to detail and quality
• Retaining reliable transportation
• Background in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
• We do not require any prior education

Compensation and Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, full time
• Hours from 6:00am - 2:30pm with potential overtime
• Pay rate ranges from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
