Responsibilities: • Assemble wood framing components, including wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses, ensuring precision and quality • Read and interpret blueprints to accurately measure and cut lumber for various construction projects • Operate tools such as nail guns and saws safely and efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure the timely delivery of framing components • Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to project specifications, making adjustments as needed • Follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities to support the team in achieving its objectives Qualifications: • Proficiency in using basic tools and machinery is required for this position • Attention to detail is crucial, and the ability to accurately follow instructions is a must Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
