General Construction Labor – Immediate Openings Roberts JSS | Phoenix, AZ

Roberts Janitorial & Staffing Solutions is hiring general construction laborers to join our crew on active job sites throughout the Valley. This is hands-on, physical work supporting our construction cleaning and move-in/move-out services.

Responsibilities:

Move, lift, and pack furniture and building contents safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment on-site

Perform rough clean, final clean, and detail cleaning of newly constructed units and common areas

Remove debris, packaging, and construction waste

Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions

Work well independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for full shifts

Reliable transportation to job sites

Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

Prior moving, warehouse, janitorial, or construction experience a plus (not required)

Must pass background check
