We are seeking a capable and reliable crew leader position. This position would come with a company van and a crew of 4 other workers you would be leading, after your 30-day trial period. Your position would include managing the crew on efficient work every day, reading and following our Mission Statement and core values with the crew. Working closely with our Operations Manager on the budget and efficiency of the crew. Performing monthly evaluations of crew members. Would prefer experience in leading crews and a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical, but willing to teach the right person with a great attitude and who learns quickly. Responsibilities: • Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured • Support tradespeople and heavy equipment workers to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing and any other aspect of the project • Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site • Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized Qualifications: • Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work • Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training • Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment such as forklift and power tools • Must fill out the personality assessment Compensation: $48,000 yearly plus bonus structure
