FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our General Laborer position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Job Summary: The Laborer will perform physical tasks to support electrical construction projects.

Essential Job Duties: (Included but not limited to)

Provide support to Electricians, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, etc.

Load, unload, and move materials and equipment

May operate equipment such as forklifts, trucks, hand tools, etc.

Maintaining a safe and organized workspace by removing debris

Following project plans and supervisor directions

Adhere to safety regulations

Performing physical tasks as instructed

Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience working on a construction site

Must have a general understanding of construction industry knowledge

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Effective communication skills to follow instructions, coordinate with team members, and report issues

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to pass a Fit for Duty screening

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to reach, bend, and stretch

May be exposed to loud noises, dust, and fumes

Benefits:
