Job Summary

We are seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations. This may include keeping the worksite clean, operating power tools, transporting materials and equipment to and from the jobsite, grounds restoration, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Help to set up and install underground facilities to include fiber, water and sewer

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Take on any additional tasks as needed to support the crew and project

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills to read, write and follow verbal instructions

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial equipment is helpful

Valid Indiana license with a safe driving record
