We are seeking a motivated Laborer to join our team. This role involves operating various vehicles and equipment, as well as performing manual labor tasks. Work may be assigned independently or as part of a crew supporting our rigging and electrical divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist electrical and rigging crews on job sites

Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.

Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles/equipment.

Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders.

Adhere to all company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous labor experience preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable working in various outdoor/weather conditions.

Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Requires travel to job sites throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Must be available for occasional night and weekend shifts as needed.
