Pay: $11.76 – $18.00/hour (based on position, department, and experience)

+10% Night Shift Differential

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain plant work areas

• Shovel debris and materials

• Stack and pack bricks or other materials

• Operate forklifts and heavy machinery

• Monitor and read gauges and equipment

• Assist with machine operations

• Perform general labor duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks

• Able to lift up to 75–100 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in hot, dusty, dirty, and muddy conditions

• Must be willing to wear a respirator if required

• Available to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed

Shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM ( +10% pay )

• Facility is open 365 days/year – some weekend and holiday work may be required
