We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our precast concrete manufacturing plant team. This position supports daily production operations within our facility and works closely with plant supervisors, production staff, and skilled trades. Responsibilities include assisting with concrete production, handling materials, cleaning and maintaining molds and work areas, and supporting finishing and yard operations. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to perform physical work in an industrial environment, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: • Assist with precast concrete production, including stripping, cleaning, and preparing forms and molds • Handle, move, and stack concrete products, materials, and supplies within the plant and yard • Perform basic patching, grinding, surface preparation, and finishing support as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards • Support production staff, carpenters, and finishers during daily manufacturing operations • Load and unload materials using hand tools, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if trained/certified) • Follow all safety procedures and plant policies at all times • Perform other general labor duties as assigned by plant supervision Qualifications: • Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team • Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates • Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred • Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance • Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods • Comfortable working in an industrial / manufacturing environment • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Prior concrete, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $17 - $26 hourly
