We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist our maintenance and construction teams with property improvements, repairs, and general maintenance tasks.
Position Summary
The General Laborer supports maintenance technicians and project teams by assisting with repairs, property improvements, landscaping, and general labor tasks across residential and condominium properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a team that takes pride in improving properties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians with maintenance work orders and repairs
Assist with painting and drywall preparation
Assist with flooring installation and demolition
Perform general property maintenance tasks
Help with basic carpentry and repairs
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
Assist with landscaping and seasonal property work
Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow company safety procedures

Basic hand tools are a plus but not required
