Job Title: General Laborer

Position Overview:

We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help wherever needed in the warehouse. This is a great role for someone who is a quick learner and does not mind doing physical labor. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, team orientated, and willing to jump in wherever support is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Float between departments to provide support where workload demands are highest

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (training may be provided)

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred. but not required

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices

Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment

Flexibility to work in different areas and perform a variety of tasks

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Ability to push and pull equipment and products

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Capable of maintaining energy throughout an 10-hour shift
