Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking General Laborer Roofer to join our team. This position is open to individuals with experience in either commercial or residential roofing. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is eager to learn and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of both commercial and residential roofing systems.

• Load and unload materials and equipment on job sites.

• Prepare the job site by clearing debris and setting up tools and safety equipment.

• Tear off and dispose of old roofing materials.

• Hand-nail shingles or assist with the installation of flat roofing membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC).

• Follow all safety protocols and participate in weekly safety meetings.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Work effectively as part of a team under the direction of a crew foreman.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential roofing is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

• A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Commitment to following all safety rules and regulations.
