🚧 WE'RE HIRING: Field Laborer —

Trinity Environmental Group, LLC is growing, and we're looking for hard-working people to join our crews. No experience required — just show up ready to work and willing to learn.

What You'll Do:

Install silt fence, erosion/sediment control, and rock gabions

Maintain job sites (sweeping, dust control, pressure washing)

Assist with hydroseeding and site restoration

Operate pumps for water management

Support equipment operators and crews

Work outdoors in all weather conditions, 12+ hours/day

What You Need:

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to our Abilene yard

Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (non-negotiable)

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs unassisted

Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused

What You Get:

$19/hour starting, weekly pay

Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hrs/week

Company trucks for work use

Per diem + paid hotels for out-of-town jobs

Continued education reimbursement

Employee of the Month recognition + crew performance bonuses

Some travel is required

Note: This is a FIELD LABOR position. Equipment operation experience is a plus, but we are NOT hiring operators at this time.
