Job Summary

We are looking for a third crew member to work on our South Crew for fall winter cover installations. You will meet up with your team in the morning, ride in the company van to various marinas in southwestern CT + New York, and put on frame and covers for our client's boats. You would carry wood and metal frames, set up/use ladders, provide assistance as needed, and follow your crew chief's instructions. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Full time +

overtime is available through the middle to end of January.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials.

Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople.

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

Construct temporary structures like the cover's metal frame.

Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects.

Strong attention to detail

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
