    Trueline is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA. This is a high-impact role for a junior to mid-level litigator ready to grow their courtroom skills and contribute to a practice handling everything from auto and premises liability to complex commercial cases.

    What You'll Do as the General Liability Associate Attorney:

    • Represent corporate clients and insurers in general liability matters, including auto, premises, and commercial claims
    • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses with minimal supervision
    • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication
    • Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts

    Must-Haves as the General Liability Associate Attorney:

    • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
    • Active Georgia bar license
    • At least 2 years of litigation experience, with exposure to depositions or hearings
    • Strong writing, research, and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with independence and initiative

    This Role Offers:

    • Base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
    • Performance bonuses based on billable hours and revenue generation
