$26–$35/hr (based on experience)

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We’re growing and have multiple paralegal openings! We’re looking for talented, experienced pros to support our attorneys across bankruptcy, real estate closings, civil litigation, and workers’ comp. If you’re strong in one or more of these areas, we want to talk to you.

What we’re looking for (any combination of these is great):

• Five-plus years of paralegal experience, ideally in bankruptcy, real estate, litigation, and/or workers’ comp

• Proven track record prepping for trials, hearings, or closings

• Confident e-filing in state and federal courts

• Sharp calendaring and deadline management

• Excellent writing and communication for drafting and client interaction

• Top organization and multi-tasking skills

• Solid Microsoft Office suite knowledge

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas

• Opening and managing case files (electronic + hard copy)

• E-filing court documents and pleadings

• Preparing trial/hearing notebooks, exhibits, and indexes

• Coordinating with courts, opposing counsel, and clients

• Keeping everything organized and on track
