We are currently looking for skilled, unique talent to join the team! We have an immediate opportunity for a Safety Clerk to join our award winning team!
POSITION: Safety Clerk
POSITION SUMMARY: Assists the Corporate Safety Manager and Safety Supervisors with administrative tasks. Administers safety related duties as assigned by Corporate Safety Manager.
Administers and tracks all new hire documentation to meet all levels of government specifications.
Administers and tracks all safety related documentation.
Operates with efficiency a computer, telephone, calculator, fax machine, photocopy machine, and printer.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and possess good communication skills. Experience dealing with confidential/classified and sensitive material is a MUST. MS Word & MS Excel strongly preferred. AS 400 and previous transportation experience is a PLUS.
