Mountain Valley Express (a GLS-US company)is California's premier LTL trucking company. We have grown to 9 terminals throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.
We have an immediate opportunity for a customer service professional to join our award winning team!
POSITION: CSR - Part -time
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing courteous and helpful customer service to all Mountain Valley Express customers and coworkers. Duties will include the following:
Reports to Terminal or Operations Manager
Possess the ability to understand bills of lading, manipulate the AS 400, Microsoft Word and Excel. Efficiently work with a computer and keyboard, and standard office equipment.
Manages documents to be filed.
Communicate professionally and effectively.
Assist Managers, Supervisor and OS&D as needed. Other duties may be assigned
