Responsibilities: • Perform repairs in carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing, plumbing, and minor concrete • Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on underground utility systems • Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions • Safely use hand and power tools • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance or skilled trades • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation • Must pass a background check for government site access • Experience in multiple trades preferred (e.g., carpentry, utility work, painting) • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Compensation: $31,000 - $48,000 yearly
