EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Two (2) years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical or mechanical trades.

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Valid Pa. State driver’s license required.

Must be able to be approved and maintained Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for gaming.

Must be able to work any shift as needed, as well as be on-call for emergency repairs.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• A working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, painting and carpentry.
• Responsible to assist with building and ground maintenance including snow removal.
• Responsible for proper use of hand and power tools Ensures proper care for all equipment, tools, and materials for department Follows, completes and turns in all work request forms.
• Assists other trades as needed. Follows safe work procedures and wears all personal protective equipment.
• Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Must be able to be approved and maintained Pennsylvania Gaming License.

Other:

• Able to lift and carry up to 85 lbs.
• occasionally. Must be able to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolds. Able to stand, walk, kneel for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in extremes of weather.
