As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
- Manage and lead a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash control
