- Direct and oversee all store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
- Manage all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members through effective communication, performance feedback, and recognition of achievements
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
- Maintain strict quality control standards for food preparation, product delivery, and customer service excellence
- Implement and monitor scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal labor cost management
