    Job Duties

    The General Manager leads and directs work of the Management Team including scheduling, assigning responsibilities, and setting expectations.

    Manage performance of the Management Team, including performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and accountability.

    Plan and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly financial budgets.

    Oversee all Water, Fire, Mold, Smoke, and Trauma projects to ensure IICRC standards are being met.

    Hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards.

    Foster communication.

    Hire, Train, Retain, and develop Team Members.

    Scope development, negotiation and agreements w/customers.

    Consistently identify potential jobsite hazards.

    Scope development, negotiation and agreements w/adjusters, property owners, and consultants.

    Provide oversight/Audit necessary field documentation that results in a successful Job Scope/Estimate. i.e.-photos, room pictures, PRE/DURING/ & POST completion, accurate MICA or similar record of drying conditions reports, signed work authorizations, liability releases & Certificate's of Completion.

    Create accurate itemized job cost summaries utilizing Xactimate, Symbility & Time/Material factoring for mitigation, remediation and reconstruction or other similar services.

    Weekly follow-up with adjusters/customers regarding job scope cost summaries & payment status.

    Apply Industry TPA Program standards and ensure compliance with their requirements (XactAnalysis, Alacnet, iRestore).

    Participation in a rotation emergency phone call list to coordinate after hours emergency services with the on-call technicians.

    Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
