A new elevated dining concept is preparing to open its doors in Flossmoor this Fall. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, shape team culture, and deliver best-in-class guest experiences from the ground up. Backed by an established hospitality group, this opening presents a unique opportunity to lead a flagship location and influence the brand’s future growth Responsibilities: • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing front- and back-of-house team • Managing daily operations to ensure smooth, profitable service • Collaborating with ownership on financial goals, marketing, and long-term strategy • Upholding brand standards and cultivating a culture of hospitality and accountability • Leading service with presence and professionalism Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of Management experience in full-service or upscale concepts • Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams • Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, scheduling, and inventory • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • A passion for hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable moments Compensation: $50,000 - 60,000 yearly
