The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision and mission statement, and core values. The General Manager’s responsibilities include the maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, we’re looking for a self-starter who understands the position requires 24-hour availability Responsibilities: • Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards. • Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance. • Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service. • Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records. • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. Qualifications: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Compensation: $75,000-$80,000
