Responsibilities
Full time availability
Manage a small team of Graphic Designers / Sales Associates
Set daily/weekly/monthly job schedules and revise as needed
Aid in answering customer calls/emails and consult/interface with customers to obtain necessary information for estimating and proofing
Create customer proofs/renderings and estimates and follow up on multiple job opportunities
Maintain organization of all potential and active customers from inception through installation
Oversee job flow and electronic/paper records related to jobs
Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to help company efficiencies
Qualifications
Ability to manage and delegate projects within a small team
Ability and willingness to be personable with clients via phone, email and in-person
Ability to develop and manage specific projects/accounts/customers
Knowledge of Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Flexi Design Software
Ability to learn and utilize project management and estimating system software (Trello and Corebridge)
Signage / Graphics industry experience necessary
