General Manager – Asbestos Abatement & Demolition Services

We are a growing environmental and asbestos abatement company looking for a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead operations, support business growth, and help drive our continued success.

As our General Manager, you will:

✅ Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and project coordination ✅ Meet with clients and prepare project estimates ✅ Build relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals ✅ Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently ✅ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards ✅ Work closely with office staff on project tracking and documentation ✅ Help grow the business through networking and relationship development ✅ Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture

Preferred Experience:

✔ Estimating, Operations, or Project Management experience ✔ Leadership or team management experience ✔ Construction, restoration, environmental services, mitigation, or asbestos industry background preferred ✔ Strong communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Professional, customer-service mindset ✔ Microsoft Office & computer proficiency ✔ Valid Oregon Driver’s License with clean driving record ✔ Ability to pass background check and drug screening ⭐ Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental safety procedures is a strong plus.
