What You’ll Do As the General Manager at our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas you’re the driving force behind every incredible moment our guests experience and every milestone our team achieves.

Who You Are You have 3 - 5 years experience as a General Manager in high-energy establishments, effortlessly managing financials, team dynamics, and guest experiences. Calm under pressure, you create a positive environment while fostering team morale and delivering clear, effective communication.

Your solution-focused mindset drives continuous improvement, and your expertise in food, beverage, and entertainment operations ensures every detail is on point. With TABC and food handler certifications in hand, you're ready to lead with excellence and grow your career to new heights. As essential functions of the role you will be frequently walking and standing, and may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds (e.g., stock, signage, or light equipment).
