Position: Plant Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
• Full P&L, Budgeting, and Finance Management acumen
• At least 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations for Rigid Packaging industry
• Experience with Greenfield new construction project is a plus. Project Management experience or PMI certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement
• Results Oriented, Data Driven, Customer Focused, Process Improvement, and Problem Solving skills
  
• New Product Development, New Product Introduction, Launch Readiness knowledge
• In-Depth knowledge of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production and Customer Deliveries

Start-up Responsibilities

• Lead the new plant planning and construction phases, including relevant permits.
• Develop the organization structure, including hiring for the key positions.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures, Processes, and Production KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day operations: Production Efficiencies, Manufacturing Costs, Labor Productivity, Working Capital, Profitability, Safety, Quality, and On-time Delivery.
