    Best Western Plus Hudson Hotel & Suites – Hudson, Colorado Five Rivers Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead the team at the Best Western Plus Hudson Hotel & Suites. The ideal candidate is a strong hospitality leader who takes pride in guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. This role oversees all hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, revenue performance, team leadership, brand standards, and financial results. Responsibilities: • Lead all day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain strong guest satisfaction scores • Manage revenue performance, including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets • Recruit, train, and develop hotel team members while fostering a positive culture • Ensure compliance with Best Western brand standards and quality assurance programs • Monitor hotel financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and expense control • Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance programs • Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive revenue • Work closely with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and performance goals • Ensure compliance with all safety, labor, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel leadership experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager • Experience with select-service or limited-service hotels preferred • Strong knowledge of hotel financials, revenue management, and operational controls • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills • Experience with hotel PMS systems and revenue tools • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment • Best Western brand experience is a plus Compensation: $68,000 - $75,000 yearly
