    Our General Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of a location to include revenue, profitability, performance, expenditures, and staffing through delegation of tasks and duties. Will lead, direct, manage and oversee each department ensuring efficiency, financial stability, and compliance.

    Education and Work Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree is required.

    Ten years of leadership experience including supervisory and sales experience in the healthcare industry is required.

    Nature & Scope-Principal Areas of Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily operations, ensuring an efficient delivery service to clients.

    Oversee all departmental operations, systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s visions.

    Develop and monitor budgets, manage revenue and control expenses.

    Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion. Identifying new market opportunities and services. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices.

    Monitor and evaluate the quality of the care provided to patients. Promoting client relationships through proactive contact and conflict resolution.

    Address client and managerial concerns promptly and effectively.

    Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment.

    Motivate and inspire the team to achieve organizational goals.

    Stay informed about and adhere to all state and federal regulations related to personal and home healthcare.

    Ensure the agency maintains all necessary licenses and certifications.

    Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance.

    Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.

    Knowledge/Special Skills/Abilities Needed:

    Read, write, and speak English and Spanish accurately and proficiently is preferred.

    Excellent verbal and written communication.

    Exhibits advanced professional knowledge and leadership skills.

    Solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes to an audience.

    Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed.

    Planning and managing the company’s performance.

    Manage operations and processes within budget.

    Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
