We’re looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our studio operations, sales, and community engagement. The GM is the heartbeat of the business—responsible for driving revenue, creating remarkable member experiences, and building a loyal, energized community.

    Role Summary

    The General Manager (GM) is responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals through exceptional leadership, community outreach, and disciplined execution of the BFT sales process. You’ll lead the daily operations, coach and motivate the sales and coaching teams, and deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and referrals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Revenue Growth

    Achieve monthly revenue and membership acquisition goals.

    Execute proven BFT lead generation and sales systems (grassroots marketing, local outreach, and social media lead funnels).

    Conduct intro sessions, overcome objections, and close sales with confidence.

    Track performance using CRM systems (ClubReady), and report on key KPIs.

    Operations & Leadership

    Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and studio organization. • Supervise and coach team members to hit sales and service targets.

    Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.

    Uphold and enforce all BFT brand standards, policies, and procedures.

    Community & Marketing

    Build strong local partnerships (residential, retail, and corporate).

    Lead community events and grassroots initiatives to generate leads and brand awareness. • Leverage social media and in-studio marketing to promote offers and events.

    Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy studio culture.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in sales, fitness management, or a related customer-facing leadership role. • Proven ability to sell recurring memberships or subscription-based services.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills—in person, by phone, and online.

    Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

    Confident using technology, CRMs (ClubReady preferred), and data tracking tools. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
