    Job description

    CRDN of the MidSouth is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our CRDN family as a General Manager for our Memphis location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record in restoration management. The general manager will evaluate and organize all open jobs. this role will work closely with the customer, adjuster and/or contractor. This position will be a hybrid of office and field based.

    Key performance indicators will include the following:

    Responsible for overseeing daily operations.

    Continuously review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.

    Oversees employees, establishes a highly motivational work environment, and creates an innovative approach to improvement.

    Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives.

    Develop a budget in accordance with revenue & profit goals.

    Responsible for solving customer issues at the territory level in a timely manner.

    Continually assess the knowledge of all departments.

    Create KPIs and see that strategies are in place to better the organization’s efficiency in all areas and develop metrics for the operations manager.

    Ensure compliance of all procedures in accordance with defined company processes and other regulatory requirements.

    Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and contractors.

    Performing any additional tasks as needed.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Restoration knowledge is preferred

    Production/Operation knowledge and experience is required

    Insurance Claims procedures preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Organized Reporting and Sales tracking skills

    Developing standards, coaching, and team coordination

    Financial planning

    Process improvement

    Decision making

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
