Job description
CRDN of the MidSouth is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our CRDN family as a General Manager for our Memphis location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record in restoration management. The general manager will evaluate and organize all open jobs and work closely with the customers, adjusters and/or contractors. This position will mainly be office based with some field requirements.
Key performance indicators will include the following:
Responsible for overseeing daily operations.
Continuously review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.
Oversee employees, establish a highly motivational work environment, and create an innovative approach to improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives.
Develop a budget in accordance with revenue & profit goals.
Responsible for solving customer issues at the territory level in a timely manner.
Continually assess the knowledge of all departments.
Create KPIs and see that strategies are in place to better the organization’s efficiency in all areas and develop metrics for the operations manager.
Ensure compliance of all procedures in accordance with defined company processes and other regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and contractors.
Performing any additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Restoration knowledge is highly preferred
Production/Operation Management and demonstrated experience is required
Insurance Claims procedures preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized Reporting and Sales tracking skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
At least 3 years of successful management experience
