What You’ll Do:

Lead daily operations with a focus on quality, service, and team performance

Hire, train, and develop team members

Manage schedules, inventory, and food safety standards

Drive sales and control costs (labor, food, supplies)

Ensure consistent execution of Capriotti’s recipes and guest experience

Promote a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture

Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting

Support local marketing and brand initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast casual or quick service restaurant

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy with POS and basic computer skills

Flexible availability and physical stamina (lifting, standing, moving)
