What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Purpose: Manage and mentor a diverse team of food service professionals across the district.

• Drive Innovation: Implement strategic initiatives that improve food quality, sustainability, and student engagement.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, financial performance (P&L), and safety compliance.

• Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with school administration, faculty, and the community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of management experience and 4+ years in K-12 school nutrition programs.

• Education: Associate’s degree in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.

• Leadership: A collaborative management style with a track record of high employee engagement.

• Technical Skills: Strong culinary production knowledge and comfort with food management systems.

• Requirement: A valid driver’s license.
